When Will I Receive My Order?

We offer two delivery options:

Standard Shipping

  • Arrives within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
  • Orders must be placed by 1 PM GMT to qualify for same-day dispatch.

Express Delivery

  • Delivered the next working day when ordered before the cut-off time.
  • Orders must be placed by 11 AM GMT for same-day dispatch.

Processing Time

All orders require 48–72 hours for standard processing before they are dispatched.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders Monday through Thursday. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. If you place an next-day order on a weekend or holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.

Same-Day Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all next-day orders placed before 11 AM GMT on the same business day. Orders submitted after 11 AM GMT will be shipped on the following business day.

Can I Exchange My Online Order?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to process exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the one you prefer.

Can I Return My Online Order?


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to provide a full refund. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact cs@xsnatched.com.

XSnatched will not accept returns of non-faulty products that have been worn, used.

We accept returns within 30 working days of receipt, provided the items are in new, unused, and unworn condition and include their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a signed-for postal service when returning your item, as we cannot issue refunds for orders lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of the return. Once received, please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Once the item has been approved for return and refund, we will credit the original purchaser’s debit/credit card for the sum paid minus postage costs, unless the item was faulty.



How Do I Return My Online Order?

To process a return, please place your items back in the original packaging and indicate which products you are returning, along with the reason, on the returns form.

Take the parcel to your local post office or chosen courier and keep a record of the tracking information in case of any delays. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions, please contact cs@xsnatched.com.

When Will I Receive My Refund?


Once your item has been approved for return and refund, we will issue a credit to the original purchaser’s debit or credit card for the amount paid, excluding postage fees, unless the item was faulty. Please be aware that our team will process your return within 5–10 working days from the date it is received.

Can I Amend Or Add Items To My Order?

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes to it. If you need to adjust your order and it has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it so you can place a new one. Please note that we cannot amend an existing order. If you wish to add additional items, you will need to complete a separate order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched by our team, we can cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to our warehouse to receive your refund.

I have Received A Faulty Item?

If you have received a faulty item, please email cs@xsnatched.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.
