Delivery & Returns

Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Standard Delivery: Order by 1PM GMT for guaranteed delivery
Express Delivery: Order by 11AM GMT for guaranteed delivery

If you place next-day order on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, it will be shipped on the next business day.

We accept returns within 30 working days of receipt, provided the items are in new, unused, and unworn condition and include their original packaging.

Please keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of the return. Once received, please allow 5–10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
